The UK Pro League (known as the UK Pro Series in 2020) is a professional tennis tournament, where British pro tennis players compete in nine individual week-long qualifying events leading to a Final Week where the UK Pro Champion is decided.
Each event week is an individual week-long qualifying event where players earn League points in order to qualify for the UK Pro League Final week.
Each week consists of a 12 player men’s and 12 women’s draw with players split into four pools of 3 to play a round robin format ahead of playing quarter finals, semis and final ranking matches over the Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The League has a Prize Fund in excess of £500,000 and will be broadcast on BT Sport and Tennis Channel in the UK.
Format Chart
Men's Draws
Each week 12 men are divided into four pools of 3 players to secure their pool position.
Each player plays everyone in their pool once.
Matches are the best of 3 sets – two standard tie break sets and a third “Match” tie break set (first to 10 points) if required.
Players will get:
- Win a match in straight sets: 3 points
- Win a match 2 – 1: 2 points
- Lose a match 2 – 1: 1 point
- Lose match in straight sets – 0 points
At the end of day 3, the top 2 players from each pool progress to the quarter finals.
The 3rd in each pool proceed to 9-12 place playoffs, where they will take part in another round robin stage.
Finals will take place on day 7, in order to determine the winners of the week.
League Points are then awarded for players finishing 1 to 12 and contribute to the overall League Standings.
Women's Draws
Each week 12 women are divided into four pools of 3 players to secure their pool position.
Each player plays everyone in their pool once.
Matches are the best of 3 sets – two standard tie break sets and a third “Match” tie break set (first to 10 points) if required.
Players will get:
- Win a match in straight sets: 3 points

Finals Week
After 7 weeks of qualifiers, the top 9 players in the League Standings qualify for the Final week along with 3 wildcards.
The Final League week will have fewer matches, 60 in total – with rest days built in for players across the 7 days.
